Although this is a face-to-face course, you will use Canvas extensively to access resources, submit assignments, and take online quizzes.

The textbook is available as a download in the first module. Because the file size is rather large, I'd recommend downloading it right away and use it that way (rather than use it in the viewer in Canvas).

I have arranged the assignments by "Modules" (see the left menu) to make it easier to follow assignments that are due. Please don't try to follow the course in the "Assignments" view; it will be too confusing.

Tips and reminders

Please be prepared for our "Big Ideas" discussions that occur at the beginning of every new chapter.
Chapter assignments are completed at the end of the chapter and submitted in Canvas. Please answer the questions thoroughly and fully explain your responses. One sentence responses are rarely adequate.
I will let you know in class when quizzes are opening and closing.
